Regulamentul General Privind Protecţia Datelor (GDPR) a fost creat cu scopul de a reglementa modul în care datele personale ale cetăţenilor Uniunii Europene sunt protejate de companii, precum şi de a înlocui actuala Directivă 95/46/EC Privind Protecţia Datelor.
